TICKETING

Friday night & Sunday are both non-ticketed downstairs. However Friday Night Upstairs will be ticketed. Wonder Mountain ticket holders will have access to up-stairs. you can also purchase tickets for Friday night on the door.

Saturday - What you need to get in:

  • Your ticket. Download it onto a smartphone or similar with the barcode clearly visible for scanning. Make sure you download it ahead of time or have it printed with the barcode before arriving.

  • Your ID. This is an 18+ event and there will be no entry without ID.

Can I resell my tickets?

Our official ticket resale partner is Tixel. This is the only place where you can buy and sell guaranteed, genuine pre-loved tickets.

Can I choose who I sell my ticket to?

If you have already found a buyer for your ticket but want to complete the transaction safely, you can create a private sale by selecting the ‘make my listing private’ option at the final step. Otherwise, your listing will be public and available for all potential buyers to see.

Can I change the name on my ticket?

Name changes can be processed using Tixel. Details on how to complete a name change via Tixel can be found here. Name change and resale fees apply.

DOORS

Regular trading hours on Friday 9th & Suday 11th

SATURDAY 10th: 1:30pm - 1am

MUSIC

FRIDAY 9th - Music Commences at 8pm

SATURDAY 10th - Music Commences at 2pm

SUNDAY 11th - Music Commences at 1pm


PASSOUTS

There will be no pass-outs past 9.30 pm Saturday 10th of September.

PARKING

There will be parking on the street and in the main square. If you can avoid driving, please do so as the weekends do tend to get busy in Beechworth.

ATM Facilities

There are 4 ATMs available in Beechworth .

Wonder Mountain however is a CARD ONLY event.

FOOD/ DRINK

Whether it's tucking into a pizza or sipping on an ice-cold beer, there are plenty of delicious treats to enjoy at Wonder Mountain. Both the Tanswells & Bridge Road Brewers are licensed venues and will be serving alcohol throughout the event.

The bar will be serving beer, wine, cider, and a selection of cocktails, soft drinks, and water. CARD ONLY!! 

FOOD

We have a great selection of food on offer. The food stalls will be providing vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free options. Vendors will be running from 1:30pm - 11:30 pm. Make sure you treat yourself to a few good meals to ensure you have the best time on the dancefloor.

DRINK

Both venues are fully licensed so there is strictly NO BYO. But have no fear we have made sure there is a wide & delicious selection to quench your needs. From Cocktails to Porters we’ve got you covered.

BEHAVIOUR

Any anti‐social behavior will not be tolerated. Any patron seen to be a threat or a disturbance to themselves or to others will be removed from the premises immediately or turned over to local authorities.

Please remember that when you are in the local township, you are viewed as an ambassador for Wonder Mountain. Please make an effort to uphold the reputation of our event as a friendly, sustainable, and open-minded gathering. Especially, if you want to continue enjoying many more Wonder Mountain festivals to come.

COVID-19

In line with Victorian Government requirements for all music festivals, you will need to show proof of double vaccination or a valid medical exemption in order to enter Wonder Mountain.

While there is no legal requirement that you present a negative test prior to entry, we implore you to not let the virus take more from you, your fellow revelers, or our hardworking staff by attending the festival if your health is in doubt. We strongly encourage you to undertake self-testing prior to leaving home, not to attend if you have any symptoms, and most of all, to place common sense and respect for others above all else.

Lost & Found

If you lost something at either venue, please send an email to the team at info@tanswellshotel.com.au with details of the item (or pictures if you have any), along with your full name and contact number so they can get in touch with you if your item was handed in/found during the cleanup. You can also call the Tanswells during operating hours on (03) 5728 2151

Set Times

Set times will be released via social media, website, and email in the week leading up to the event.
